Bu topraklarda 19. yüzyilin sonlarindan beri futbol oynaniyor ama ilk defa futbolun adaletine güven bu derece sarsilmiş durumda. Pek çok futbolsever dünyanin en çok seyredilen sporuyla arasina mesafe koydu, stadyumlarda seyirci sayisi düştü. Futbolla birlikte iyinin kötüye, doğrunun yanlişa, adaletin haksizliklara karşi mücadelesine dair inançlari da yipranmaya başladi ayni insanlarin.

Türkiye’de adli makamlarin aylarca süren titiz bir ön çalişma sonucu başlattiği takip ve soruşturma, futbolu örümcek aği gibi saran bir yapilanmayi ortaya çikardi. Savcilik makami bunu organize suç kapsaminda değerlendiriyor, üstelik hazirlanan iddianame ve ek delillerin pek çoğu kamuoyu ile paylaşilmiş durumda.

2011 yilinin Temmuz ayindan beri Türkiye’de en çok bu soruşturma ve tutuklanan spor yöneticileri, kulüp başkanlari konuşuluyor ama Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu (TFF) geçici hamlelerle olan biteni maskelemeye çalişan bir kurum olarak, panik halinde arka arkaya yanliş ve tutarsiz kararlar verebilmekten öteye geçemiyor.

Ülke futboluna etkilerini düşünmeden, sadece zaman kazanmak ve yayinci kuruluşun şikayetlerini azaltmak için play-off sistemini getiren TFF, ceza hukuku ile spor hukukunu karman çorman ederek nihai karar için dirayet ve cesareti olmadiğini yüzümüze vuruyor.

FIFA Disciplinary Code ve UEFA Disciplinary Regulations müsabakalarin sonuçlarini etkilemeye yönelik her türlü eylemi sporun ruhuna aykiri kabul edip tamamen yasaklarken, ağir cezalar da içeren bu “sifir tolerans” politikasindan habersiz gibi davrananlar var.

Son olarak TFF 26 Ocak 2012’de Olağanüstü Genel Kurul çağrisiyla, şike ve teşvik primi ile suçlanan kulüpler hakkinda uygulanmasi gereken yaptirimlarin değiştirilmesine yönelik bir toplanti yapilacağini ilan etti. Başka bir deyişle, haklarinda kuvvetli şüphe ve somut deliller bulunan kulüpler, kendilerini ilgilendiren cezalarin değiştirilmesinde söz sahibi olabilecek. “Adalet bunun neresinde?” diye soran futbolseverler çaresizlik içinde!

Ülke sporunun düştüğü durumdan utanan sporseverlerin yardim çağrisi hatta imdat çiğliği duyulsun istiyoruz.

Daha iyi bir dünyaya inanmak için futbolun bize yeni gerekçeler sunmasina ihtiyacimiz var.

Türkiye’nin dokusunda önemli yeri olan futbol renklerinin daha fazla kirlenmesine asla seyirci kalmayacağiz.

İstiyoruz ki, spor kulüplerinin üyeleri, sağduyulu basin mensuplari, hukukçular ve forma rengi ne olursa olsun tüm sporseverler hep birlikte adaletsizliğe karşi birlikte savaşalim!

2012’de bu tartişmalari geride birakmak istiyoruz. Ayrica daha çok para için futbola ihanet edenlerin cezalandirildiğini görmek isteyenler adina UEFA Başkani Michel Platini’nin yeni yil mesajindaki “futbolun değerlerini korumak” vurgusuna biz de değer veriyoruz.

UEFA ve FIFA’nin Türk futbolunun arinarak güçlenmesi sürecine destek olacağini biliyoruz.

Football has been one of the most prominent sports in Turkey since the 19th century but for the first time in history its followers have lost their faith in the fairness of the game and the justice provided by the football’s governing institutions in Turkey. Many devoted fans have put some distance between themselves and world’s most viewed sport; the number of spectators in the stadiums has been declining continuously since the match fixing scandal became public. Due to the unfortunate developments in football, people’s faith in good vs. bad, right vs. wrong, justice vs. injustice frayed as well.

As a part of the legal process, a comprehensive investigation was conducted meticulously by judicial authorities. The result of the initial investigation was shocking: An illegal organization which infiltrated football in every branch possible was under covered. Public attorney’s interim conclusion described regrettable actions as an organized crime. Moreover, the indictment and the supporting evidence have already been shared with public.

Since July 2011, Turkish football’s main agenda has been this indictment, arrested Turkish Football Federation (TFF) board members and presidents of prominent football clubs in Turkey. Shamefully, the governing body of football in Turkey, TFF, has been trying to cover what had been going on in Turkish football since day one. TFF has been hesitant to take necessary actions and making important decisions that potentially help Turkish football move forward.

Turkish Football Federation has also changed the structure of the Turkish League by introducing a play-off system without consulting with the other stakeholders in Turkish Football. They used the loopholes in the criminal and sports law in the Turkish judicial system. However, their motivation was not creating a healthy and fair environment for Turkish football clubs to compete. On the contrary, It was solely emerged from the fact that the official broadcaster of the Turkish Football League has been pressing behind closed doors to secure their financial investments. It was hugely disappointed for the true football fans to see that TFF has failed to show some decency and courage to reach a final verdict in a timely manner.

Although FIFA Disciplinary Code and UEFA Disciplinary Regulations’ together with “zero tolerance policy” have clearly stated their positions against crimes such as match-fixing and corresponding consequences, TFF’s actions has not complied with them at all.

Lastly, in January 26, 2012 Turkish Football Federation has called for an extraordinary general assembly to discuss the possible alterations and modifications in Football Federation regulations against match fixing. In other words, ironically, institutions such as football clubs whose presidents are in jail can be involved in the decision making process for their own punishment. These unethical actions put a lot of football fans in despair.

This declaration is an outcry of devoted fans who believe in purity, fairness and justice in football.

To believe in a better world, we need football to present us something newer and better motives.

We will remain restless until football, major figure in the lives and culture of people in Turkey, gets dirty and dirty.

What we all want is justice! We will fight against this unprecedented corruption together with football players, members of press, lawyers and fans, regardless of the clubs they are devoted to.

In 2012 we want to leave this scandal behind us and we want to see whoever is involved gets the punishment they deserve. In his New Year message UEFA president Michel Platini has shared his emphasis on “protecting the values of football”; which we also strongly believe in.

We have no doubt that responsible bodies within UEFA and FIFA will support and take any actions necessary in order to clean Turkish football.

Let’s protect this beautiful game and make “FAIR PLAY” be heard in the stadiums once again.

En este país se está jugando futbol desde el siglo XIX, pero por vez primera en la historia la gente ha perdido su fe en "la propia justicia del futbol". Desde que se reveló el escandalo de amaño de partidos, gran parte de la afición se ha alejado del deporte más visto del mundo y el número de espectadores en los estadios ha disminuido notablemente. Junto con el futbol, la confianza del público en la lucha contra la justicia y la injusticia, lo bueno y lo malo se ha visto dañada.

La meticulosa investigación que se ha llevado a cabo en Turquía, por parte de las autoridades judiciales, ha desvelado una organización y una red ilegal que han atrapado al futbol del país en una telaraña. El tribunal está evaluando este asunto como "crimen organizado", además la acusación y la mayoría de las evidencias ya han sido publicadas.

Desde Julio de 2011, en Turquía se está hablando de esa investigación y de los presidentes y directivos detenidos de los clubs implicados. Sin embargo, la Federación de Futbol Turca (TFF) está haciendo todo lo posible para crear una confusión colectiva y cambiar el sistema judicial y la justicia deportiva, evitando tomar la menor decisión posible, jugando con el público en sus declaraciones, que varían desde el comienzo del proceso e incluso castigando a los clubs que manifiestan sus deseos para limpiar el futbol turco.

Algunos actúan como si no no tuviesen la menor idea del código disciplinario de la FIFA y las regulaciones disciplinarias de la UEFA. Ambas instituciones, con su política de tolerancia cero, prohíben terminantemente cualquier acción intencionada que afecte los resultados de los partidos, algo que va en contra del espíritu deportivo. Sus sanciones son impuestas a cualquiera que este implicado.

Últimamente, la Federación de Futbol Turca (TFF) ha declarado que va a llevarse a cabo una reunión extraordinaria, el día 26 de Enero del 2012, con la asistencia de los representantes de los clubs, y cuyo objetivo será tomar una decisión final sobre las sanciones que se aplicarán a los clubs que se han visto involucrados en el amaño de los partidos. En otras palabras, los clubs contra quienes existen claras evidencias, podrán votarse a sí mismos y de esta manera eludir las sanciones impuestas. La afición que se pregunta "¿Dónde está la justicia?", está totalmente desesperada.

Queremos que se oiga este grito de la afición que siente vergüenza por el estado en que se encuentra el deporte turco.

Necesitamos que el futbol nos presente motivos para volver a creer en la existencia de un mundo "bueno e inocente".

No nos quedaremos de brazos cruzados viendo como el futbol, uno de los principales fenómenos culturales en Turquía, se echa a perder.

Queremos luchar al lado de los miembros de los clubs deportivos, la prensa con sentido común, los jueces y magistrados y la afición (independientemente de los colores).

En este año 2012 queremos dejar atrás este debate y ver como las personas implicadas en este escándalo reciben el castigo que merecen. En su mensaje de Año Nuevo, el presidente de la UEFA, Michel Platini, ha puesto énfasis en proteger los valores del futbol. Nosotros creemos en esos valores también.

Sabemos que la UEFA y la FIFA apoyan el proceso de fortalecimiento y pureza del futbol turco.
